Pedro Costa: Leading Passive Fire NZ’s Nationwide Service Team

Meet Pedro Costa, our Service Manager at Passive Fire New Zealand.

Pedro brings Brazilian roots, Kiwi vibes and a whole lot of passion to the PFNZ whānau.

With two engineering degrees, a background in business and a love for turning challenges into opportunities, he leads our nationwide service team delivering compliance and installation across Aotearoa.

Impressive degrees and years of business experience aside 👈 his real superpower? Listening deeply. Pedro is a listener, taking the time to really understand what people need, and translating that into a clear plan that solves problems and delivers outcomes.

One of Pedro’s proudest moments on the job recently was turning around a major nationwide project that had stalled due to cost and compliance challenges. By aligning stakeholders, building trust and adding a tonne of smart planning, he not only got the project back on track, but it was under budget too.

Outside of work, you’ll find Pedro at a barbecue or looking for ways to support others to grow and reach their full potential. Pedro is a people person – and we appreciate it!
