Teamwork Beyond Borders: How Our Offshore Crew Strengthens Fire Protection Delivery

At Passive Fire, teamwork isn’t defined by geography – it’s defined by shared purpose, trust, and the pursuit of excellence. It extends to our offshore whānau in the Philippines who are an important part of our crew.

Each year, our leadership team heads to the Philippines to spend time in real life (IRL) with our offshore team – the talented group who help keep our business moving from estimation to delivery, and everything in between. 

There might be an ocean between us, but it never feels that way – particularly with a karaoke mic in hand! 

What connects us runs deeper than just workflow. It’s a work-hard-play-hard attitude, high standards, and strong shared values – including two that sit at the heart of everything we do: Show Others We Care and Above & Beyond.
