Passive Fire NZ Achieves SiteWise Gold Status with 100% Score

This is a huge milestone for our team at Passive Fire NZ – we’ve achieved SiteWise Gold status with a 100% score.

SiteWise is a national prequalification system that grades a contractor’s health and safety capability, and it’s something we take extremely seriously. A result like this doesn’t happen by accident – it reflects the mahi, discipline, and daily commitment our team brings to every project.

It confirms that our systems, our training, and our on-site practices consistently meet the standard we hold ourselves to, every single day.

A key driver behind this result is our ISO 45001 certification. Our health and safety systems are independently audited and continuously improved, and that structure plays a significant role in achieving outcomes like this.

From the beginning, we set an ambitious goal: to become one of the most certified passive fire protection businesses in New Zealand. Not because certifications look good on a website (although they definitely do), but because they represent the rigour behind our compliance practice.

They matter to our clients who trust us with compliance,  to the contractors working alongside us – and they matter to the people who live and work in the buildings we help protect.
