16 Feb Passive Fire NZ Strategy Day 2026
Passive Fire NZ Strategy Day 2026 at Go Media Stadium
Strategy Days are an important part of the Passive Fire NZ calendar. They’re an awesome opportunity to step out of the day-to-day, get on the same page as a team – celebrate successes, share learnings and look ahead. Last week, our team came together at Go Media NZ Stadium for our first strategy day of 2026. And, it didn’t disappoint.
Set against the vibrant backdrop of Go Media Stadium, the location is intentional. This is the field where our founder Awen Guttenbeil played professionally as one of New Zealand’s longest serving One NZ Warriors – a reminder of where we came from and the strength of team culture that sets us apart in the market.
If there’s one thing we reckon we’re pretty good at – it’s not just creating a gameplan – it’s executing it. For us, strategy isn’t a one-off conversation.
It’s about locking in goals, being honest about what can improve, and building on what’s already working.
We spent the day aligning on where we’re heading over the next 3 to 5 years, and setting clear intentions for the year ahead. Growth for the business, growth for our people, and making better use of the skills across the team.
There’s a lot ahead as we look toward 2026. Big projects, high expectations, and real responsibility. What underpins it all remains the same – quality – and a team that can deliver it.
Thank you to Ulrich Wiehle for guiding the session. We always get clarity, challenge, and momentum from these days.
On to the next 90! 🔥
